Current residents, If you have a distaste for the way your issues have been addressed (or blatantly ignored), like myself. I invite you to mail your complaint to their headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia like I did. I did all the research for you: Their address is 3340 Peachtree Road NE Atlanta, Georgia 30326. I would include any proof of documentation, name of staff, pictures, description of maintenance requests, etc. down to a T. WPV is an Arium managed company by Carroll. Best of luck.

My family and I have been long time residents of WPV. We moved away for a year to Lutz to live closer to his private school and what a mistake!! As renters, there is no better place to be than with Katrina S in the Management office as professional and prompt as ever and Michael M./ Jack heading up their talented maintenance team. We just love it here… never mind the great restaurants and entertainment! A+++++ Thank you WPV for always being there for us and providing a beautiful & safe place to live!!

When I was living there, it was okay, because I knew it would be temporary. The apartment was old and had no sunlight in the living room/kitchen (the picture was taken in a sunny day). We also had a cockroach infestation, horrible! They took a while, but they get rid of the cockroaches. The neighborhood is good. I would not recommend the place for the service provided. I also had a problem after I left. I didn't call the electric company and they didn't make sure that the next resident change the account to his name, so I had to pay the electric bill for other person. They didn't help me to talk to the other resident to get my refund. Very disappointed.

My family and I moved here from Chicago and chose West Park Village as our home because Rayvin (leasing agent) was absolutely magnificent in helping us decide. Her customer service was stupendous!!!. She answered all my questions and concerns as well as face timing me the community and desired units! She knew how scary it is to move somewhere sight-on seen and eased my nerves! Complaints are filed but handled with serious care. Work orders are completed in less than 24 hours from your initial request. Layouts are gorgeous...sooo many to choose from! Love the pool area and recreational area. 24 hour clubhouse with coffee station, pool table, TVs, and computers. Great 24hr fitness room! So far the community itself is just amazing. Clean, quiet, very family oriented! The neighbors are super nice and welcoming. Everyone speaks to each other. Lots of kids for my daughter to play with. They keep up the landscaping and amenities here too! I personally feel that you get your money’s worth here at West Park Village. And if you have children Westchase Elementary School is right across the street. Such a great school and staff! School bus service (event though it super close) Great school and friendly staff. Tons of diversity in this community. Special monthly community events,,, If you are looking for a place to settle down and have kids, this is a perfect choice for you. Rayvin THANK YOU for absolutely everything. I was a complete wreck on trying to decide our final move and you were the only leasing agent that went above and beyond the way you did! This will be a long lasting residency for us
