If I could give this apartment complex 0 stars I would. Beware when trying to move here. We have been here for almost 4 years and have gone through 3 different management companies. With each one getting worse. The water is ALWAYS getting shut off due to “pipe repairs”. The office staff has no care in the world about their residents and are highly snarky. They gave us less then 6 days to make a decision on whether we would be renewing for an extra $600 a month. Now we are frantically trying to find a place because this small non-renovated apartment is falling apart and not worth $1800 a month. They didn’t care to help us at all. Our apartment is infested with ants in the walls no matter how many times the bug control comes out. My neighbors side has rats. The people who cut the yards have damaged our back yard property multiple times. Just stay away. These aren’t worth the headache at all. Edit to add: only way we can flush the toilet during their all day water shut off is by filling up the tub. This happens almost weekly!!!!

I recently had my AC go out on Tuesday AM, there was a maintenance guy here before 10:00 to diagnose it. Then another team member followed to try to fix it. They determined it needed replaced. Which left me wondering just how long that would take..... Then before 5:00 that day they brought over a portable unit, which helped a lot. Then on Wednesday when I returned back home at 1:00, the new AC unit was in place and up and running by 4:00. Great job to Eddy and Jose.

Dont be fooled by the pictures you see online for they are very misleading. Nothing about this place is up to code. And i mean nothing. There is mold all over the appartments .The celings are coming down. There are roaches and rats. The back yard is dirt not grass. There are loud neighbors that break the rules constantly. The pool is closed. The gazebo is destroyed and covered in caution tape, has been for over a year. And to make matters worse, they dont show you the unit you are moving into. They show you their nice remodeled appartment next to the main office. They say its becuase of the "virus" . But its because if you see it you wont move in. The office has terrible customer service. They dont answer the door or the phone. The maintenance is imcompent and unqualified. Beware, dont rent from this place, you'll regret it immediately.

Me and my boyfriend and dog just moved out the end of last year, and I have to say that our time here was amazing. We spent a year in this little community and it was great. Our place was in good shape, the property is well maintained by the maintenance every week, and any issues we had with plumbing or the like were promptly taken care of. The office staff is very helpful and sweet, and we really appreciated the fact that they were so pet friendly. We've dealt with some terrible leasing companies in the past so this was a breath of fresh air. Unfortunately we did end up moving out early, and despite that the property manager was very generous to us and we truly appreciated that. So thank you Bungalow Oaks for providing us with a wonderful year in Tampa!

Hello, Thank you for your interest in our community! Our prices are updated on a daily basis and we currently have a renovated one bedroom available for February starting at $967. Feel free to schedule a tour on our website or call us directly and we'll by happy to accommodate your schedule.

I am interested and am looking for a 2 bedroom available at the end of the year. I know that it might be too early, but would you happen to know if there might be something available at that time? Also, would you be able to tell me rent prices?

Only rent here if you have an apartment facing the highway those are the ones they keep looking the best... plan on electrical bill to be outrageous due to incredibly outdated ac systems and home most likely homes with minimal if any insulation... I now live in an apartment that is almost 2x the size and is almost 1/2 what I paid here!!!
