Not a bad place to live but rent is getting higher and higher, the biggest problem is the parking, there’s no parking here because of people having multiple cars and work vehicles and now they decided to charge for parking knowing people can’t afford it. Honestly very sad! I think it’s a big problem! I’m sure there is a better solution then charging for parking when we live here, we are not visitors.

Update: the termite problem is going away finally. But to deal with that while just moving into apartments that are not cheap is the worse. Happy things are finally getting done but hate we had to go through all of that as new tenants I moved into these apartments this year Feb. It is now may. We have complained over and over about rodent and termite issues. Today I find baby termites in my drawer, crawling on my clothes!!Go to the leasing office and there’s nothing they can do. Called the Morgan property number and wrote a certified letter let’s see if I get an answer .Beautiful apartments yes but theses issues should have been dealt with before bringing on new Tenets! Now I have to go buy termite stuff to try to maintain this issue until something is done!!!!

If I could leave zero stars . I’ve lived her for about 5 yrs. Never really had any major issues. Since Morgan properties took over this place has been a complete mess. The front desk /management is completely awful . With the exception of Cheri. She is only person who has worked her the entire time I’ve lived here . She’s the only person that seems to care about the tenants. June the new manager is extremely rude, very dismissive. ( she actually hung up on me on the phone) on top of that they are all liars. Can’t keep good staff. The current staff has to be the most incompetent staff I’ve ever seen in my life . I’ve exchanged a few emails with Megan te regional manager as well , RUDE ! Seems to be a trend within Morgan properties.
