I have been a resident of Avana Twenty9 Apartment in Tucker for a little over two years. If you are in the market for a gated apartment within a small community that is safe, quiet, well maintained, clean, and somewhat reasonably priced (in today’s market prices) look no further. The apartments are conveniently located in the quaint town of Tucker but are centrally located near restaurants, grocery stores and within 5 files of Hwy 285. The office staff, Melvin and Tina are very courteous and professional. They are always very pleasant on the phone, interested in my questions or concerns and are quick to return phone calls. Melvin is very proactive in keeping residents updated in changes within the apartment complex, policy changes and maintenance updates. He also follows up either by phone call or email to make sure your maintenance request or issues has been resolved. As far the maintenance staff, Charles and Flynn are superb! They work very hard and make sure your request is completed efficiently, timely and in excellence. It may be a small thing, but they always wipe off their shoes before entering my home. I find that very respectful. To sum it all up I really feel at home here and I would highly recommend choosing Avana Twenty9 to be your next home!

I was greeted by a Ms. TIna. She was very kind and very welcoming in her demeanor. She is a straightforward person and provided the answers to my concerns and questions. She assured me that this is was a good community to reside in. You can appreciate that type of service.
