When placing my order staff seemed Irritated that I was ordering. Rushed me through everything. I continued to be polite and courteous. Seemed a lot of things I wanted they were out of. My buns for my burgers were hard. I figured this was just an off day and it repeated not even a week later.

7-5-22 Well about an average place I guess. It's clean. I was the only customer at the time 3:25 pm. Good service, food came out decently fast and hot. Fries were ok...kinda cheap and skinny... The cheese cake was packaged... I think there is too many of these places in too little area to be really profitable and then they want to go cheap on the food. Big place and few customers, and competition (Arby's) right next door. Better food at home. Ah, well... Thermostat on wall... Can you find it?

I love Jack in the box, but this location specifically SUCKS. The food should be fresh NOO matter the time. I was going in the evenings, between 7pm and just about 30 to 45 mins before closing. I understand it can be frustrating, but that is your job. So when I come through and get soggy tacos , nasty fries, and my burger has been sitting in the warmer for God knows how long , it's unacceptable. I tried to go back multiple times thinking it was a bad night, nope it's just a crew that doesn't seem to care. Polite ABSOLUTELY but I can tell they care less once it's close to closing time. I've been in the food service industry for 13 years..

Ordered on the app and waited for over 30 minutes in the lobby and the $35 order I had already paid for still had not come through on their end. I know this was not the employees fault it was an app issue, the 2 employees who were working handled it very well and got me the order after calling the manager because apparently there is not a manager on shift at all times... which is also wierd. Those 2 girls need somebody else there to help them out with issues they don't know how to fix. That's what management is for....
