Lived here for 14 months, the place was filthy when I moved in, there was a hole in the wall outside my front door that took 6 months to have them screw a slat of wood over. The plumbing was always having issues, sewage backed up into my apartment multiple times, and I only stopped complaining because they threatened to start charging everyone in our building to fix it. They raised the rent twice while I was there. My car was towed from the lot and I had to pay to get it out of impound even though I had a parking pass, the laundry rooms are filthy and most machines don't work. My AC broke in the summer and they took an entire month to fix it. The office never answers the phone and when you leave a message they never call back. I was on month to month at the end and gave my 30 days notice to the official office email and they claimed they never received it and then told me about forms I was apparently supposed to fill out that I was never made aware of, I moved out and completely cleaned up and never got my deposit back either. This complex is horrible, unless you're in a desperate position like I was DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE. Pictures below are of the day I received the keys to move in.

This place is a joke!!! Pluming issue, water damage, ants, towing. Ladys in the office are extremely rude and nasty. Manager is the worst. Hope you will become better people one day and good workers.

Moved here July 7th thinking this place was the place to be following up feb 2022 I filled out reports because the air conditioning in my unit went out it was about three days gone by before someone showed up after I went to the office I was giving a portable a/c unit and the guys half fixed the air conditioning leaving the sound of the central air loud as a motorcycle cranking up, also dealing with the walls in the units are very thin you can hear everything going on I was giving an unfair termination letter saying I have to be out by a certain time because people said my unit has loud music well I have the recordings of who’s playing the loud music overall and YES I still will be moving and filing suit because this was wrong .. this place is not how it seemed when I first got my keys. Do not recommend had an ant problem and now termite problem it’s so many WRONG things with this apartment complex.
