It’s not as bad as the reviews make it seem , when ever I have an issue they come and fix haven’t had any issues with the area and the neighbors are cool people , the ladies in the lessening office are very kind I’ll be here another year

Mold growing in the apartment and major plumbing issues. My toilet bubbles like pot on a stove and smells every now and then. When brought to the office attention, I was informed they can clean it and paint over it. I've been cleaning it thinking it was just dust. It keeps coming back. Very unhappy. Rent assistance paid for the past due and future dates and after getting help from family and friends to pay it before hand. I was told they do jot know if they can refund me that money even after OurFlorida paid the past due and future dates. Very unhappy with living situation and how it is being handled.
