It was cool in 2019.... its been down hill since 2020. The gym, pool and laundry are ALWAYS closed. To the point that you should be able to get a portion of your money back. I've never seen the pool open fir more than 3 weeks. It's been closed and drained for over a year. The gym has 3 weights and 2 broken treadmills. The other "all puropse" cable machine is broken too. They don't keep the grounds clean. They don't power wash the buildings. And now we have had a ring of killings, shootouts and its getting more ghetto by the week. When I moved in you had to have 3x the rent to get approved now its like section8 city. Smh

Poor maintenance to many problems

Impossible to contact. I submitted an application and received an email of their tenant screening which the report showed missing information that lead to the possibility of not qualifying to rent. I emailed daily as well as called to try and gather more information as to why it would report that. Zero response via email from them and most calls I made I couldn’t leave a message due to the voicemail not allowing messages. One time I could leave a message and it was never returned. I’m assuming that my application is being denied which is outrageous and it’s extremely disgusting that a place would take your application and fee and not once contact you. If they just so happen to accept my application, well I wouldn’t know because they refuse to answer the phone.
