There will always be someone who complains, since there is nothing perfect. But since I arrived in tampa I live in said complex and I never had a problem. On the contrary, they have always responded to any situation. It is a quiet place and close to everything. In my personal opinion it is a good place to live and the people who work in the office are helpful.

I lived in a one bedroom here in 1995 when my mother managed the complex and it was SUPER quiet despite the units being nestled close together. It was very safe then and seems much safer now. I came across it while searching for a place recently so I’d throw in my two cents. I loved living here. It’s close to the interstate and lots of bars, shopping & restaurants. Nice north central Tampa location.
