Overpriced, roach infested, if your on the first floor you can hear your upstairs neighbors walking around, and the ceiling boards creak and crack with every step. You have to make five time order for maintenance and when they came didn’t make the work probably I cannot rest in a house, neither at night nor during the day, as long as your neighbor above you is walking This is unbearable

Terrible management and business practices, company will over price you and unknowingly send you to collections. What a joke stay away from this place. Staff is absolutely no help an rude.

I lived here for a year and a half. Maintenance is very fast and efficient; we never waited more than 24 hours for any request. Office staff is friendly and responsive. The grounds are well-maintained and the pond with ducks and other wildlife is pleasant to watch from one of the provided benches or your patio. Residents are friendly and respectful of each other. There is a good mix of students, young working families and older people. Parking was never a problem and I never had concerns for my safety or the safety of my vehicle. The buildings are somewhat older and so show some cosmetic wear and suffer inevitable effects of being older. The walls are somewhat thin, so we always heard our upstairs neighbors and often heard our next door neighbors when they were in their kitchen. If you are a light sleeper, you will need a white noise machine. Overall, one of my best rental experiences in my 15 years in Florida.

Me and my husband stay here for a year. The apartment I stayed in was very convenient for our needs, whenever we needed something done around the place maintenance was always quick to respond. Both ladies were helpful and very professional at all times.
