Anastasia is a superstar and made an extremely stressful move so easy. She is super kind and attentive with great communication and prompt responses to any questions or concerns you may have! I like living here and my place is clean, cute, and perfect for someone new to the area as I'm close to anything I could possibly need. My only complaint is it can get loud at any and all hours of the day/night but I feel as if that will be in an issue with any apartment/living situation where you're surrounded by other people.

I will list it to make it easier -They never return calls or emails -The units are old and outdated. These units still are using the window AC units and no microwave or dishwasher. -The neighborhood is constantly noisy. like people do not care what time it is, they will shout for no discernible reason -The units are overpriced. When I rented, it was manageable, but now 1/1s are $1000 a month. Doesn't make sense for the quality of the units. -The property charged $400 something after the lease ended and i had moved out without sending a letter of explanation or anything of the sort. shows how unprofessional and lazy their staff can be.

That’s a great question! Yes, you can pay rent and submit maintenance requests using AppRent. (www.apprent.com) As long as you pay by ACH there are no fees whatsoever! Stop by the office if you need help getting setup
"Our rental requirements are: 1. Combined gross income that is three times your monthly rent (before taxes). 2. You must be in good standing with your current/previous landlords. 3. We accept a range of credit scores; a lower score may lead to a higher security deposit."
"Security Deposits range from $300 to one and a half times the monthly rent. The security deposit amount is based on an algorithm from the screening results. Once you apply we will let you know how much the deposit is. Regardless of the amount, security deposits are refundable after you move out."
