they never are in the office. never answer phones waited in from of the office for over an hour and nothing. AC hasn’t been working reading over 82 and emergency maintenance number says he doesn’t get paid for that that it ain’t an emergency lol

This place is absolutely a horrible place to live. New management has taking over and they are charging people late fees when residents paid their rent on time. Every time you call Elizabeth who is the new manager has been giving me an excuse for a month now saying they need to go through ledgers and fix things. My question to her was “Why not go through the ledgers first before stressing residents out about unnecessary late fees”? Her response was complete silence. Another month has come and these issues are still not resolved. I would not recommend these apartments for no one. They have roaches no matter how many time pest control comes out. They charge you 25.00 a month for valet trash service even if you don’t use it. Maintenance takes forever to fix issues. Definitely moving when my lease is up!!! I have to give a star, but they don’t even deserve one star!!

UPDATE!!!! WE ARE TAKING THEM TO COURT!!! SINCE THERE IS NO ONE BUT STEPHANIE TO TALK TO APPARENTLY . WE ARE DONE FIGHT FOR OUR TENANT RIGHTS. ZERO STARS!!!!!!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!! WE HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO STAY IN OUR APARTMENT FOR 3 DAYS. The sewage Has flooded our apartment. And it is now managed by MEADOW WOOD MANAGEMENT PROPERTY, who we had at our previous place and never wanted to answer or return calls or fix things.We moved in about 2 months ago, and already we have little to no water pressure in the kitchen...try doing dishes in a trickle of water. And now we have sewage backing up into our tub and leaking out of our toilet base. And there in no emergency maintenance line. If I have to be doing repairs I will be shorting on the rent. This is a health Hazard and I have a child in the house.. we are waiting for code enforcement to come and give us a letter so we can get our money back and get our lease canceling fee waived in court. WE WILL FIND A PLACE THE MEADOW WOOD DOES NOT MANAGE.
