It's amazing we are the oldest tenants in the building we have always paid on time and even months in advance. And for a slight delay of one day due to lack of Internet where we were, they put a delay of 70 dollars, and they do not want to make the adjustment into consideration. On one occasion it happened to us that while on a cruise the payment did not come out and the old manager made the adjustment. In the building several people comment that the new manager does not show her face nor does she help with any problem but the truth is that I did not know that the bad experience with her would touch me so soon. There are many dissatisfied people.

I thank God for my apt, I like it, it is very comfortable and beautiful, I feel blessed, I love my space, I have never had a problem with anyone, thank God. I feel safe the employees are very good it is a safe, clean place to live I love tempo
