I've been living at these flats for 5 years now, two different apartments. Since the new ownership has taken over, zero action or service came to our residence for the extra costs we are paying, roaches and plumbing have been a primary issue in the new apartment. We've been having to do our own plumbing and roach traps due to how negligent the new owners and the current maintenance workers have been on delivering service requests, neighbors even had a flood above our apartment and we had to help them at 3am to push water out of our apartment and theirs. Would give zero stars, not worth the near 2 grand a month.

The most confusing numbering of apartments that ever existed. Period.

Questions & Answers

The staff is aweful they do not answer the phones, they don’t fix anything , the units have roaches worst place ever!!!!!!

That is absolutely right. They also have new owners as of 1/29/2021 and the new owners are increasing the rent exaggeratedly plus asking that tenants pay for water. I know this for a fact as I have 2 relatives living there. The apartments are not worth the amount of money they are asking for rent.

I need a one bedroom apartment. Could you tell me how much it is to move in?

We have a $50 application fee. Once approved, we have a $150 admin fee. The deposit is based on credit. As low as $400.

What's the grace period before applying late fees?

The grace period is usually from the 1st to the 4th of the month. Please reference your lease agreement. If a tenant has trouble paying on time, please let the property manager know so we can help find a solution. We are always happy to help.
