I have used the economy parking on two occasions over the last few weeks. I used to use an offsite lot and was tired of their poor customer service. I started than using this economy parking garage. It is very simple and easy to use. And so convenient. You literally get off the plane, ride the tram to the parking ramp. Take the elevator to where your car is located, And down the road you go. It’s awesome

Fairly close and convenient to the airport for medium length trips. They have a continuously running tram between the terminal, the parking structure and the rental car facility. The tram is a little difficult to use since you have to go down to the ground level from the parking garage and then use a moving walkway to get to the elevators which take you up to where you can get on the tram . The tram is much more convenient than the shuttle bus service they used to have.

You would have to contact the airport directly for specifics but you shouldn't have a problem. This lot has multiple stories worth of parking space.

The rest rooms are on either side of the elevator in the middle of the garage that take you to each parking level and not near the elevator that takes you up to the train to the terminal.

Nope, you do not. There are signs on each level giving you the availability of spaces in that level. Be sure to mark down, or take a picture of the floor and row and color off where you are so you can find your vehicle when you return. There are signs above each section on each floor that will give you that information. Once parked take the elevator down to the first floor. Walk to the elevator to the train to the terminal. Then up to the 4th floor to catch the train. Just follow the signs. It's a very new, clean, and efficient parking area.

Your question is unclear. Shuttle from where to where ? You can book a shuttle bus to pick you from home to airport and cost may depend on where your home is. If you are talking about a shuttle train, after you have parked in the parking lot ( there are many - long-term, short term, economy lot etc..) these shuttles to the terminal are free. The economy lot charges $12 per day - 24 hrs. If you have Tampa Pass, it's $10 a day. I don't know if you got your questions answered !?
I'd call and ask but depending on the garage no... economy usually has lots of space although right now the one side of the top of the garage is closed off for repainting. I'm a plane spotter and go almost weekly. You should be fine
