This place is roach 💅🏾infested💅🏾. The roaches at this point act like they pay rent, they be tryna hold my hands and shid. Tell me why we pay for pest control in our rent but the roaches do too, since moving here I ain't seen a pest man yet aside from the nice man that came out for the bats. The bats is still here too. Our ac been broke for a week, we called the maintenance line like 5 times, three for the emergency and two for the regular. One time an Indian man answered and said a repair man would be on his way...it was midnight, how??? Any other time it went to voice-mail and only once did a lady say she was putting a ticket in. This place ghetto, but the rent cheap. Our ac still broke btw

Seeing a lot of very old reviews so I wanted to give an honest perspective from being a new resident to Bella Mar...but because Google can't back anything UP in case you accidentally hit the wrong key, IT'S ALL BEEN LOST! So, this isn't going to be anywhere near as good as what I intended...sorry but BLAME GOOGLE! 😡 Anyway, let me try to get these positives out there...AGAIN! (QUIT DELETING MY STUFF GOOGLE DAMN!!!!!) Office staff is VERY polite now. Ms. Amanda Mallard is AWESOME! They're still impossible to reach via phone but they're always open when they're supposed to be (8a-5p). Michealson Group has been very busy fixing everything up. I was moved in way faster than expected and my apartment looks VERY nice! Laundry rooms work, A/C works, water's good and riff-raff's all gone. Buildings have been recently repainted...all good all around. Now for the few negativs, which I anticipate will soon be addressed. Pool remains closed, my tub drains slow, there's obvious water damage to the baseboards in my bedroom and toilet paper holder needs to be secured in place. Those are the only negatives I've experienced this far. All told, Bella Mar is worth a second look now to see if it will work for you. Will update as time goes by.

Absolutely irresponsible managers. Called once, contacted some guy. He said there was an apartment available on Sep, 1. I was happy to hear that. Then we started to file our application and had some problems with it. Called them again. A girl answered and said there was no availability for two months! We looked on the website and there were like 8 apartments available since Aug, 28. What is wrong with them??
