Only rent here if you have an apartment facing the highway those are the ones they keep looking the best... plan on electrical bill to be outrageous due to incredibly outdated ac systems and home most likely homes with minimal if any insulation... I now live in an apartment that is almost 2x the size and is almost 1/2 what I paid here!!!

Rent is 1300 to 1500. There is flooding. this place is really bad stay away.

Prices vary. They have two different sizes for the two bedroom units. Also depending on if you would like a fenced in backyard or not will also affect price.

I have a friend that lives there nice place I have seen available units not sure if there still is and I'm pretty sure rent is around $1000-1300 depends on unit not positive tho hope that helps
