Pretty upset with Camden Management at the moment. I am in the process of moving out of my apartment so that someone else could move in. I was told the whole time that they could take care of simple touch up on walls from old photos and scuffs that happened during the time I was here. Now there are holes in the drywall. The day before the other person moves in they tell us they won’t do anything about it and to basically figure it out. I guess you can charge someone full price for rent and not make sure simple things are taken care of before that person moves in. It’s a great thing I wasn’t a bad tenant and destroyed the place because they refused to touch the apartment anyway. Good luck to the next person that moves in.

Beautiful property! Staff was so friendly, helpful and always positive. Landscape always looks so perfect and fresh. It’s also so refreshing just sitting on the balcony and always having a nice view without having to deal with mosquitoes! (Screened patios 😁) The units were also so spacious and clean. I love how updated all the appliances and layout was. Pool is also so big and perfect temperature all day long. Parking seems to be great also. This place is really the 5 stars it deserves!

It looks like a resort! The amenities make you feel as if you're on vacation everyday. The apartment is nice and spacious. The location is perfect! Judea is so welcoming and attentive. The entire staff is very friendly and professional.

Camden preserve is truly the best apartment and management ever. Not only are the apartments clean, updated, modern, and great layouts, but the actual complex as a whole is amazing. Having the walkway down to the ocean where there is a kayak launch is amazing. There’s a beautiful pool with a great cooking area, the gym is great, and the people living here are all friendly. The people at the office are always so welcoming and so nice. It’s always a pleasure working/talking with them. Maintenance Is always insanely quick and painless. And I could go on about Camden. I’m sad I am leaving, but that’s only due to the terrible housing market, but that’s not camdens fault at all. Thank you for such a great experience here, I hope to be back one day!
