Newly updated apartments - super nice. No issues while living here. Damon is the absolute best maintenance man I have ever had, he will make sure your issues are resolved correctly and if you ever see him around the complex he will smile and wave/stop by to chat. I am only taking 1 star off because unfortunately you cannot get your packages outside of office hours so it is really inconvenient if you are on the same work schedule as office hours. Also the gates were broken half of the time and the car wash amenity never worked. The gym is also quite small so would be nice to have a bigger gym/more equipment. Overall it is a quiet and calm community that is recently updated.

After 9 months, you guys finally responded to my previous 1 star review on how you take an additional $250 from applicants under tiny details of the application. It definitely reflects on how I asked if this claim was legit 9 months ago and received no response, to then have it sent to a collection debt agency.

Honestly the worst place I’ve ever lived. The people who work at the front office could care less about their tenants. Noisy neighbors don’t concern them, the only thing they care about is getting their money. Maintenance issues go months without being fixed. I had water damage in my apartment for months that I was told would be fixed, I ended up moving out with the water damage still there. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. I’d give them 0 stars if Google let me.

Me and my husband have been living in Rocky Creek Apartments for 2 years. Amazing management, especially Darrin, and all maintenance team. Management is responding very fast , as well as maintenance staff. There is a nice pool and grilling area. I am taking one star down just for the grill stations that are not working already for 9 months. But overall, very nice experience living here.
