I knew this apartment community was nice when I moved in 6 months ago. The units are super functional and in great shape. The community area is amazing! What's stood out the most is how well managed the place is. Recently was on a long vacation and came home late at night to find my AC was out and the apt. felt like a sauna. Thought I'd get zero sleep but they had an on-call tech get back to me within 15 minutes and had it fixed withing less than 2 hours. The place is great but the maintenance and management team is even better!

I lived there for a year and the above rating is based on the following: Pros: - Nice swimming pool and entertainment facilitates. - Quick maintenance. I only requested three times for simple bulb exchange and toilet issues. - Facility wide Wi-Fi coverage. - Elevators, this is expected in a “luxury” apartment, but some complexes don’t offer that. - Food Trucks and other entertainment activities - Location is nice for daily walks. Cons: - The pipes make strange popping noises. When I complained about the noise, they told me that the noise comes from the pipes when neighbors run water in the bathroom. That was a major annoyance, and they informed me that it is a structural issue that they are unable to address. - I used to hear all the time the steps of hyperactive neighbors above me. - My cell phone service had awful coverage, so I had to switch providers. - They have a limit of only one visitor per adult tenant. If exceeded that, you are at risk of getting embarrassed in front of your guests. - Management: while they are responsive to emails, I had the following issues: 1- There was an incident where I was double charged for a storage space. After I notified them, they made the necessary adjustments, but I could have overlooked it and ended up over paying. 2- There was one employee who was rude. At the beginning, when she handed me the bracelet, she said, if you are in the swimming pool area without bracelets, I will send you home. This threatening attitude gave a very bad first impression. Anyway, I never saw that rude person again. Probably she quit or was fired, which is good for the business. 3- I had a new baby and inquired if the new baby would restrict my ability to renew, they informed that I can’t renew, which is fine by me because I was looking for a house. What is not fine though is the letter they sent me mandating vacating the apartment or else they will pursue legal action. The letter's wording was menacing and disrespectful to a paying customer. I wouldn't have deliberately disclosed the existence of my newest family member if I hadn't planned to depart. Pregnant women should be aware of this. 4- I moved out a month sooner and they demanded to pay entirely, which is OK because that’s what I agreed to in the contract. However, they failed to rent it and send me refund. The apartment is in the building next to the facilities and was expected to rent quickly. What’s weird though is that the apartment was not listed anymore the last day of my lease. So, they took $100 non-refundable fees and on top of that the final month rent for apartment repairs. Because of these drawbacks, while the entertainment amenities are good, I wouldn't recommend renting here to a close friend.

This is the best apartment complex in the area. Very clean and well kept, the employees are very professional/helpful, the community residents are also very nice. I really like the location as it’s close to shops/restaurants and highway.

I want to give maintenance a huge “THANK YOU” for doing a great job. Roberto, was our on-call maintenance guy that came to our rescue a month ago. We lost power in our master and didn't know why. After 11 pm, Roberto shows up ready for the task. Slides and socks, with a great attitude. He talked, laughed, told jokes, and assured me he would not leave until we had power. After almost two hours checking every outlet in the room and the ones on the same block, he found the cause. One of the breakers kept tripping and needed to be changed. Still, with the best attitude, he retrieved a breaker, replaced ours, made sure everything worked properly, cleaned up, and left. We moved in when the complex opened, and we have encountered great staff. This is a great place to live!! Roberto, keep smiling!
