Really traumatic experience today. I have over 30 donations so it’s not me. Only a handful of people know what they’re doing and it’s not fair to them. This is exactly how you lose good employees

UPDATE: Although they have a thing they added from mid 2021 asking for patience with the staff shortage it's Q4 of 2022 and they are still short. Hire people, pay people better. Geez put people over profits and the profits will improve anyway. People walk away daily due to long lines. It used to be good but now it is consistently understaffed with long lines. I'm sure you're losing more money by not staffing 1 or 2 more people daily with the amount of people that walk in and walk back out daily. Also, don't hype up platinum and then take away platinum benefits. Gross mismanagement at the Margate location. The staff is good, they are just put in a bad situation.

One of the worse companies to donate at. I have seen employees stick themselves & then stick donor's by mistake , you have people on the floor who aren't trained rite and then you have managers who truly have no idea what they are doing. Don't waste your time at this location at all

Horrible got a huge hematoma from their inexperienced staff. Worker stuck the needle into my skin instead of vein and I didn’t even get an apology. Go to octapharma plasma

As of Wednesday, September 13th the Margate location is CLOSED. The entire shopping center appears to have no power and there is a note on the door saying they are closed with no expected reopen date
Yes you can as long as you have not donated anyplace else in at least a week. WPB has its own plasma donation center (offering 75 for each of the 1st 2 visits) just not a CSL branch. CSL changes its payouts every month so call to get the latest offer.

Sure. All you have to do is switch. You cant go to Margate today and then decide to go yo Wilton on Saturday. You have to choose which is a better location for you and stick to it

Depends on how long you were gone. 6months away and your brand new again anything less and it's the $20-$45
You need prove of address, like a bill, a photo ID, and I think your social security. You should check their website to make sure.
