The maintenance folks are great and super fast. As someone who goes to the gym every day... it is truly terrible. The entire year I've lived here, only 2 of the 6 cardio machines have been working. There are lizards and ants everywhere. They never replace the cleaning wipes so no one is able to clean anything. It's just kind of filth in there. The apartments are fine. We had a safety concern with our next door neighbor, who was raided by the FBI in a movie-style scene where assault rifles were pointed at our windows.... and we weren't given any information or any flexibility in our lease in not wanting to stay living next to this person. Overall, meh. We are excited to move.

Rob Augustin and Bill from maintenance are amazing and so easy to work with. They are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure you are satisfied with their work. I have stopped them just for random questions and they take the time to help no matter what. The main issue with this complex is the security and parking. There are entirely too many cars without permits and nothing is done. So trying to find parking near your apartment is horrible.

My friend is a resident at Avana and has always had exceptional things to say about this community. I recently went in for a tour seeing as I am now apartment searching for myself and I was blown away with how attentive and polite the staff was as soon as I arrived. The apartments were beautiful and the grounds seemed to have been kept very clean. You can say Avana is most definitely making my list !

UPDATE 3.1.01 TRASH EVERY DAY UPDATE 2.27.22 EVEN MORE TRASH Update: 2.22.22 TRASH Update: 2.18.22 More trash greeting you when you enter this place. The entrance to these apartments are constantly flooded with trash. Community members just dump trash rather than putting it in the dumpster. The on-site management as well as Greystar Property Management, who owns the property do nothing. Here is a picture of the filth that you and your guests will be greeted to whenever you enter this property. I'll continue to update pictures to show that it is not a rare occurrence but rather a common problem.
