The oven was broken so they didn't have the hot breakfast. The only working ice machine was on the 1st floor. The room was nice and we were able to relax after a long day of driving. We love that there are multiple dining options really close to the hotel.

The staff at this hotel, cleanliness, and very comfortable beds makes this stay top notch, from the time we walked in and during our stay this staff would receive a 5 star rating from me. Shout out to: Mytalik A, Teresa M, Dokota E, also not sure what the ladies name was when we checked in but everyone has been awesome. These people even helped me out getting my fake nail back on. Employees very helpful. This customer service is best I have seen in a long time you know back when businesses acted like they valued the customers. Thank you for giving me hope that good people and good customer service skills is not completely gone. Great Job everyone keep up the good work.

I'm extremely prickly when it comes to hotels, but I have to say our stay here was perfect in every way. Our flight arrived at 9:30 in the morning and while picking up our rental car at the airport, I got a text from the hotel telling me our room was ready! That's never happened before. When we walked in, we were greeted by Teresa, whose friendliness and help was off the charts. Our room was spotless, comfortable (for the record, the beds were not hard), and extremely quiet - despite the fact the hotel is located right off the interstate. The breakfasts were wonderful with lots of options. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Tulsa and this hotel provided us with a fabulous home base for the week. Exceptional in every way!

The worst part was the bed. It was VERY hard and uncomfortable, especially after 2 nights. The price and location were nice. Everything LOOKED great. The other negatives were they only had a single working elevator, and that was insane bc the hotel was sold out. The TV only got half the channels it was supposed to have. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good, too. So it was a fine stay but we'd choose something else next time simply bc of the bed.
