Lady at front desk at front desk this morning was rude, obnoxious, and needs her backside fired! My wife paid for us a room, also confirmed early check in! Had the hotels emails to my wife! And showed them to the woman! She told me I don’t care what the emails say! I am not giving you a early check in! And that I was not going to get a room until 3 pm! And she did not care what the emails said! Then she lied and said her computer screen was black and she could not check me in! I know she lied because I could see it in the reflection! After our encounter, I parked in the hotel, and watched her sit her lazy but outside, smoking, and playing on her phone! And to top it off she had her beater car parked under awning so that nobody could get under the awning! Worst customer service ever, and I will follow up with corporate, and with the owner! The only way I will be satisfied is her job! She has no business in the public working!

Staff was friendly, everything was very clean, breakfast breads were individually wrapped for covid safety! We stayed one night and forgot some items. They were so accommodating and the rates were so good, we ended up extending our stay! Both receptionists were very sweet!

This is a great hotel! Fresh sheets, hot breakfast I love the Belgian waffles, coffee always available. I'm kinda hooked on their maintenance man!!

As with most hotels that are not fairly new it could use some updates but it was still very good. I do wish they had mentioned our Elite status and offered a snack but definitely not a deal breaker
