This was honestly the worst room I have ever stayed in. We are traveling and had a cancelled flight so we needed to place to stay the night with our kids before leaving the next day for vacation. All the reviews said it was 4 out of 5 stars and very clean, with a few bad reviews but I decided to go with the positive since it heavily outweighed the negative. However I was very wrong in doing that. The bedding was NOT clean. Stains all over them and upon walking in there were several spots in the floor where it looked like something had been spilled on the carpet and not picked up. Once I walked in the bathroom I spelled the strongest vomit smell and I immediately knew the “spills” on the floor was in fact someone’s vomit that they didn’t even attempt to clean up. I am so disgusted that I brought my family there to stay. We walked with shoes on and I wanted to touch absolutely nothing. Disgusting beyond belief. When I talked to the manager on the phone he hung up on me. Do not stay here.

Beds were hard as rocks the staff won’t give you an extra pillow nor will they give you fresh sheets came for a peaceful stay away and I’m leaving with back neck and shoulder problems also it says daily cleaning but NOONE has yet to clean this room ! Hits why I needed sheets & towels oh yes the lovely staff will argue about giving you towels as well customer isn’t always right here… you’re looked down upon and these people think you’re less then them never will they have my business …

When we arrived we were put in room 116. When I opened the door there was a man in bed. They gave us a room and key to a room that was already assigned. As a previous Hotel Manger this is an unnaceptable mistake. When we went back to the desk the attendant wanted us to stand there while he went to figure out who was in that room instead of giving us another room and taking care of it afterwards. Which is ridiculous. Then when we went to checkout they refused to simply print a receipt for my cousin that rented the room they said he'd get an email. The breakfast was closed but the coffee machine was still running and they refused to give me a cup to get coffee because she was too lazy to go get a cup and told me if I wanted coffee I should have gotten it from my room. The room was clean and I have no complaints about the room itself but the staff is ignorant, lazy and rude.

This place was absolutely WONDERFUL. From the lady that checked me in, to the front desk man on Sunday morning Prem, who made extra batter happily for me and my grandchildren even though it was just before breakfast stopped, and the housekeeper who was very kind as well. I will certainly stay there again.
