The front lobby staff were friendly and helpful but the lobby and breakfast area were extremely hot and humid. The man working the breakfast area was friendly and did his best. He was left to run the kitchen and clean tables by himself. The food was not great but I don’t blame the staff as he probably doesn’t get to choose what is prepared. The room was dirty. Our sheet had an old brown blood stain on it that I’m assuming didn’t bleach out. The whole room just looked dingy. The pool is closed until the end of August and they don’t make that clear until your reservation is complete. I would say the main issues seem to be with building itself needing updated and housekeeping doing a sub par job. I would not stay here again.

Positive: Very friendly staff demonstrating great customer service through out the facility, making sure every need was met. Cafeteria staff was very nice and polite. Replenishing food making sure we had everything we need with a smile. Definitely will tell others Negative: If I had to complain the carpet in our room was stained real bad I did tell the lady at the front desk. I also noticed it was stained throughout the hall way as we made our way to elevator.

Positive: The room was VERY nice and clean. Negative: Pool area was closed...so no workout room or swimming. Honestly, if I had know the pool was closed I would have picked somewhere else. No complementary breakfast. Breakfast ticket was $5. However, as it was a buffet...was pretty good.

This hotel is currently dealing with an extreme staffing shortage. Our rooms were not ready on time because there was no one to clean them. Other parts of the hotel are showing the lack of cleaning staff as well. Pool and hot tub are closed. Breakfast, which costs extra, is not actually being cooked. Cereal, yogurt, pastries, etc and a couple of microwaveable things only. Restaurant is not operational. Some of the staff tried to make up for things which are obviously not in their control. For others, the strain is obviously weighing on them and we were treated quite rudely. I will definitely not be returning, despite how nice it is to have big suites for large groups.
