Tim from Advanced Roofing Solutions, My company is replacing the flat roofs at Edenwood Apartments and Bradford Apartments Tulsa Oklahoma. We have 10 man crew staying at the Regency Inn Motel. The service has been great the price has been very reasonable and the owners have gone out of their way to make sure that all of my workers are comfortable and happy while they're staying at their Motel. I would recommend the Regency Motel to anyone looking for a good place to stay while in Tulsa Oklahoma.

PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!! Fire - Police (Sapulpa) - EMS and Medical Examiner all arrived to removed a Dead Body from room 256. Don't know what happened but that's where it all when down! 1. Roaches! 2. The metal clad door covers were coming off the door, which made it feel as if it were going to fall off. 3. The door didn't close completely at the bottom of the door, leaving a small gap. 5. The room was dirty. 6. Found toilet paper on the floor when I entered the bathroom. 7. The water pressure was extremely low. 8. The chair by the bed was dirty and had stains on it. 9. The nightstand top was off its base and twisted on the table face. The wood finish had been pulled off the table. 10. The drawer inside the nightstand was not securely attached to the drawer frame. 11. The other chair in the room was dirty & stained plastic pool chair. 12. Sheets had stains. 13. The sink had burn stains all over it. 14. Received a phone call at 9:00p.m. the night I was to check in, asking if I was coming or not because they could rent the room out to someone else if I wasn't going to be there. This place was Horrible!!! Don't do it!!!!

Horrible, I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Just checked in(no refunds) and I'm already wanting to cut my losses and go pay for a decent place somewhere else. This is by far the worst motel I've ever stayed at in my life. Any price is too much.

Small room, small bed. Comfortable and quiet, but basic. Location is very close to customer, truck parking is more like RV parking but I got a set of triples in and parked.they honor veteran and cdl discounts so it's affordable. Don't expect breakfast or coffee.
