We stayed over this weekend. The price was way to high for this place. First room toilet would not flush fridge did not work. They moved us to another room open our window to see our view was awful. Went to go swim and wads of hair was wrapping around all or our feet and hands it's was so gross and the hot tub was out of order with half of the ice machines. Do not recommend will never be back. Nasty stuff on sheets

I had no issues. The staff was very professional and helpful. Easy on and off from the highway. Restaurants and gas stations within a mile of the hotel. Fantastic hike/bike trail along the railroad tracks that goes for miles. Hot breakfast with eggs and waffles was good, only thing that could make it better would be some yogurt.

The beds were comfy and the front desk worker was nice. The toilet in the room didn’t shut off most of the night, the blinds were stuck all the way down and had to be rolled up, there was a light bulb missing in the first light fixture when you walk in, we got 2 queen beds instead of 1 king bed because there were no single king beds left and there was an up charge without notice. Overall one of the worst experiences in a Hilton Hampton hotel I’ve ever had. But the staff was nice.

Do not stay here! I have been coming to this location for 20+ years and the past couple years this location has become poorly ran, noisy, I was put into a handicap room (not handicapped) beside an entrance that the door closure was not working properly so every time someone came in it slammed close all night, kids running in hallway at 3am, could not take a shower with the handheld shower as it would not hang on wall and very low pressure. No Bath soap, light bulbs missing from lamp, refrigerator was warm. Air conditioning unit was noisy, had to turn off to sleep! Breakfast: Hard boils eggs left out in plastic bags but not in ice or refrigerated for hours, yogurt put out no ice or refrigerated again for hours. Then returned for next day to be put out again! Just do not stay here! This is not because of COVID, this is just poor ownership and management. I will be looking for a new location as there are new locations in the area! You still pay the same price as you would a new location! Go somewhere else!!!!
