Place is just dingy. The beds are rock hard and lumpy. The TV is small and the owner or manager or whatever he is acts like a suspicious jerk. I won't stay again. The other holiday inns in town are better.

I have stayed here many times and was a very satisfied customer. My daughter and her family live close. The price seemed unusually high when I booked on June 10th for one night. I was misled into believing I had free cancellation. I found another place to stay and cancelled one week in advance. My credit card is now being charged and they are refusing to refund. I called the hotel. Apparently, without my knowing it, instead of booking through the Holiday Inn Express website, I was on Getaroom.com. Getaroom.com is refusing the refund. Be very careful when booking your room.

Good experience. Clean comfortable rooms. New modern fixtures. The hot breakfast was good. They had their workout room closed for some reason and it was not listed anywhere that is was closed so... other than that it was great...

Absolutely incredible location hotel. Room was real large, and very very clean. Bath room spotless. Staff was fantastic and a shout out to Mathew the desk clerk for all his help. Thank you. Continental breakfast was very good. Different items each day. Food was fresh and it was dated. Thank you all for great service and a very clean location.
