They were extremely fast getting me back to see the dentist, who was one of the nicest I've ever had taking care of me. The lady taking x-rays was very polite & prompt. Dental hygienist was quick, easy, & careful not to hurt you. Both the dentist & hygienist commented on how clean my teeth were with only very minute pieces of plaque & said I was doing a wonderful job of keeping them clean. The office atmosphere & the eye catching building design & train decor put you at ease instantly. I will definitely recommend The Dental Depot to anyone and everyone.

I came in with tooth sensitivity to hot and cold. I was expecting to need a root canal which they agreed. They said I needed 3! They started the root canals on that same day right before closing time. (I had let them know that it's fine if we needed to start another day because I wasn't in bad pain at all, just sensitivity) but they went ahead with the work which was okay with me. I could hear the dental assistant complaining because she had a nail appointment in an hour and she would be late and the dentist had her working overtime. The assistant was also sniffling during the root canal which made me think she was crying from being so upset about working late. I would have told them not to work on me the same day if i knew the assistant would have been so effective by it but i left that decision up to the dentist Since the we're working late the dentist literally did my 3 root canals in 20 minutes from start to finish which seemed way too fast. I wasn't given any care instructions afterwards. I felt very rushed and uneasy. I would not recommend this place.

We have been using Dental Depot for quite a while now for our son. I wish I could leave 2 reviews for the same visit (one good and one bad) Let me start off by saying that my 10 year old son hates going to the dentist. He is scared and hates getting numbed up with the needle and he does not always cooperate at first. We normally have to calm him down and persuade him to let us proceed. It is usually a stressful situation to begin with. Normally, everyone working there is very caring, understanding and patient to help my son get calmed down and proceed. However, this visit was not good in that aspect… the lady who came in to numb him basically told us if he would not cooperate then we would need to go to a pediatric dentist (and she was not very nice about the way she said it) I asked why, because we were able to have him come here before. She stated that if he refused and wouldn’t cooperate that she would not do it. The whole reason we started coming to Dental Depot was because the people we had in the past were good at working with kids. This just blew my mind. Well, that lady left the room and another very sweet lady came in and talked to my son and was working with him to calm him down. She was incredible with him. I’m not sure what her job title was; she had stated that she doesn’t do any of the dental work or numbing etc. But she was really really great with him. We were able to get him going and the dentist we had was also very good with him (we have had that same dentist before) The people that HELPED were awesome, but the other lady was terrible and I really feel like she should not be working in a dentist office that lots of kids would come to (hence the train decor and theme). It was bad enough of an experience that we are considering finding a new dentist office to go to. Very disappointing that she would be allowed to work there with that attitude when it comes to kids being scared about dental work. (He had to have a back tooth pulled because his baby tooth had not come out and his new tooth was trying to come in)

I’ve never been to a dentist office that ran as smoothly as this one does. My teeth were MESSED up from having hyperemesis for two back to back pregnancies within the last 2.5 years. All the dental assistants & dental hygienists were super sweet and didn’t make me feel embarrassed by how bad I had let them cavities get & the dentist worked very quickly and made sure I was all good to go two wisdom teeth pulled & 4 cavities filled and I was walking out of the office in less than 1.5 hours! I would definitely recommend them to my family / friends . I’m new to Oklahoma and I’m very happy to say that I’ve found a dentist office that I will be staying with :) . They take SoonerCare which made the entire process so much less stressful. I didn’t pay a dime and was treated with respect and compassion for how much physical pain I was in from the two wisdom teeth that needed to come out!
