Been to this field and used it for frisbee, softball, tennis, and the playground. But we mostly enjoy it for the Pittsfield Balloon Rally. Great field for it, lots of room and right next to a river. Very pretty. We love the balloon rally and love attending it here!

Nice park, lots of place to run around or play sports, boat dock and fishing dock, nice trail around the park and by the water,, new playground only downfall is there are no baby swings and the swings they do have are very high so little kids can't use them. Also no picnic tables or areas to sit and eat lunch, etc. If they added baby swings and lowered a couple of the regular swings, and added some picnic tables around the park, then it would be 5 stars for sure.
