If I could give it negative stars I would. They stole our money. They are thieves! The rooms were mediocre at best, floors were disgusting! I asked the front desk numerous times for towels and toilet paper they said they would bring them to my room, and never did. I just went and bought our own. The internet doesn't work in some rooms. I will never go back!!!

How in the hell is this hotel open? I booked 4 rooms for PGA weekend. Upon arrival, we noticed a nasty odor of stale cigarettes smoke in the lobby. Within seconds of checking into our rooms we knew we could not stay here. All 4 rooms were absolutely disgusting! One room had a broken crack pipe under the mattress and black mold on the bed skirt. All the rooms were infested with flies. The floors were filthy and looked like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. Although we were absolutely not going to stay in this****hole, Foreign Guy at front desk basically told us we had to leave because of our complaints but would only refund 3 nights instead of all 4. Luckily our group found a last minute Airbnb and had a wonderful weekend in a clean and comfortable environment. To the City of Tulsa, please investigate this place and SHUT THEM DOWN!

If I could give the service no stars I would. If you reserve a room through a 3rd party you still have to pay$50 at check in. You will get it back but you still have to have it or no check in. I spent all the $ I had on the room but if not for the kindness of a stranger me and my kids would have slept in my car, and I would have to forfeit my money I already paid for a room. They are heartless.

Won't stay here again. For $70 dollars a night, when I ask for a clean comforter, I expect to get one... but when the foreign dude working the counter last night (03/25/2022) refuses to give me a clean one... well.... this is what happens .. you lose business and get a bad rep! I wouldn't recommend here. Spend the extra $10-$20 and get better

The staff is incredibly unpleasant. Having them look down their noses at me would in no way aid in my digestion. So I have no idea.

Unless you want to hear the bar/night club music until 2am avoid at all cost!!! Most mornings the complimentary breakfast is scarce. I will NOT stay here again. The website should say “Very loud bar/club attached to the hotel where you can hear the bumping over the very loud air unit.
