Had my cell phone battery replaced yesterday at Batteries Plus. They did a great job, and price was right. It took about 1 1/2 hours. I'd highly recommend them.

I was in two days ago for a screen replacement of my iPhone 6s. The staff were friendly and the work was completed on time. The price of $96 seemed really high, especially as that's AFTER a $10 off coupon. I noticed on my way home that the glass seems to be s bit off center if looking closely at the home button. I've used my phone as usual for the last 48 hours and it's stalling, not responding to touch or home button. It begins a flashing sequence that goes on and on and I'm even unable to power off my phone during these episodes. I just have to wait until it stops- anywhere between 4-10 minutes. I've restarted it 8 times in the last 48 hours, hoping it might reset something, but it's still acting irregular. I'm very disappointed that my perfectly working iPhone is no longer reliable.

Had a great first experience at “We Fix It”! At first we looked into “Icracked” but no one responded to our requests and all the “Phone Doctor” stores were closed on Sundays! I’m honestly glad they were or we wouldn’t have met lovely Emily and we ended up saving $30 on our 6s Plus iPhone screen repair. Emily was so friendly and so efficient! Made an apportionment same day I called and she had it ready in 30 minutes!! Definitely would recommend and hopefully we won’t need to be back but if a screen ever gets damaged again, we know where we’re going.
