The room itself is nice. The environment outside the hotel seems not to be safe. Therefore I checked my vehicle 7-8 times during the night. The bathroom door has been broken and not repaired, so it's hard to close. Pillow covers are not cleaned well (dirty), and although there is a phone in the room, it's not working.

I wish there was a way to make this a negative stars review. It was a busy weekend in Tulsa with an Ironman race and a golf tournament, so options of where to stay were very limited. The linens on the bed had several visible stains, and the room door would stick making it difficult to open & close. The hallways & stairwells reeked of unidentifiable odors. The hot tub/spa were unusable as the water was a brownish-green and smelled horrible. My husbands cell phone was stolen from the hotel pool area the first evening of our stay. When it was reported to the front desk, they stated they would 'review the security footage and notify the head of security'. Whenever we would stop to get an update or ask to view the footage ourselves, we would get the run around. After management finally reviewed the security footage, they refused to assist us in any way. Each front desk person we spoke to would become hostile whenever we asked what was found. A police report has been filed, and hotel management stated they would only release the footage to the police when requested. The decent part of our stay was the breakfast. The food was ok & the staff serving were very courteous and helpful....they were the only staff like that. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

My experience here was not good. The air conditioning in this room did not alleviate the high humidity in Tulsa. There was a lot of moisture in the room, much of which came from malfunctions in the room. The sink was constantly dripping and water was getting onto the bathroom floor. The fridge had a solid block of ice in it and it had been dripping onto the cabinet around it, leading not only to rotting wood, but to the growth of mushrooms! But the worst part about this place was the lack of honesty amongst the staff. I somehow dropped a necktie in the hall. When I got home, I discovered it was missing. I called this hotel and was told that the cleaning staff had found it but since no one had called within 2 days it got tossed. Itβs hard to believe that it got thrown out not even a week later. Overall, not a good experience. Avoid at all costs.

Room was not clean, we found a joint on the headboard. The shower head was the lowest placed I have ever seen in a hotel. The sink faucet was not attached to the sink and the window was not well sealed so we were up most the night from traffic. The toilet ran all night, just not a good experience overall. π

Yes, pets are allowed, but don't know about deposit.
No idea have you tried calling the office?
Pets are accepted with a charge. Not sure of the charge amount.
I'm so sorry to learn about the problem you've experienced. Having driven cross-country multiple times (also without a credit card), I have encountered the same and similar problems. IMO, it is appalling how difficult it is for even middle class folk to travel. And, I agree wholeheartedly with your point... The travel and booking sites absolutely should be providing this information to their customers.
Every easy! It is right on access of I-44
It's not the safest and is definitely not the most sketchy. A good rule of thumb for Tulsa is that i44 roughly serves as a demarcation line between the good and bad sides of town. The truly rough part of town is well north of i44.
