The room was big and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The pool was small, but an awesome bonus considering the heat! The down sides: only 2 bath towels/ face cloths available for 4 people; only lukewarm (on the colder side) water for shower ; and they ran out of pillows in an almost empty hotel..

Came to hotel after a long drive at 9.30pm, was greated poorly and was told that our card did not went through even tough we showed our bank and confirmation email. After 3 minutes we were told to swipe our credit card and when we asked that will we be charged again she said Yes, so if we had not asked we would have been charged twice and still has been (we have raised the issue with @booking.com), then we were put in a room, when we went in the room was very dirty with broken door, dirty toilet and room (will be sharing pictures), smelled like cigarettes, we called the help desk and was said that sorry they just realized that room was not cleaned and changed our room (upgraded to another room), this room was slightly bigger, smelled of cigarettes. The breakfast was fine. We are doing route 66 on our honeymoon from UK, will be putting the same review on my blog and will be sharing my experience with the other blogger who recommended the hotel.

1. I was stuck standing with all my bags for at least 10 min as the attendant talked/helped her friends. 2. The tiny gym is out of order? Bro, why? 3. The room has seen better days. There's not even a plate in the microwave. Wild 4. The bathtub looks gross and the showerhead was trash. Even a new shower curtain would be an improvement. Glad the towels appeared new. So new, they had a sticker on them, so was it even washed? 5. There is no heat. I walked in and it was 58 degrees. I turn on the heat and I thought it was getting warmer but it was probably just me working out. I turned on the heat to 65 and it was still freezing. I dreaded that stupid thing turning on. 6. Good parts: close to Cain's Ballroom, not super expensive, right across the street from a pretty decent gas station before hitting the road.

Got a great price on a room with a jacuzzi and a helpful staff made for a wonderful stay! Near downtown and an amazing view on the upper levels with the personal balconies! I was near fast food and a convenience store. Everything was in working order. Breakfast was free.
