I’m torn with my review! We had some issues but in the end most were fixed! Check-in / desk staff are friendly and great! Got to the room which was exactly as pictured except microwave was missing! They did bring one up which didn’t work but they did replace it. Pool was great! Hot Tub was great! Breakfast is awesome! Laundry doesn’t take a card as indicated so had to find quarters. No bedding for pull out for the grandkids and never got a blanket for it, only sheets. (Luckily we had brought an extra) Phone in room never worked but wasn’t an issue until we had to call at 5;30 am for next doors TV that had been BLARING since 4:30 so I had to go use hall phone to call. My rating is a 3 in part due to the # of issues. I don’t dock them for the TV incident they handled that great! But no blanket, no working phone, hallways are SUPER cold, had to ask for microwave, this is why I give it a 3 overall. I WILL say that (except the blanket & room phone) staff was friendly and did their best to resolve issues in a professional and timely manner) I will stay again in the future.

Showed up used digital check in. Key didn’t come to the phone. Had to go to the desk for a key. I got a key. Went back up to the room, it hasn’t been cleaned since the last guest was there. Headed back to the desk and now waiting for a resolution. Would be nice to show up after 8pm and be able to go straight to the room. Several other employees have walked around the desk and just let everyone in line know the desk manager will be with them in a moment. I am an avid Hilton brand loyal customer and have never seen service this bad. Very disappointed in this hotel.

My son and I really enjoyed our calm stay here. Our room was very clean and the lobby was nice as well. The Lobby area is currently under renovation. The staff is friendly, and there is a Starbucks in the Lobby. The breakfast buffet is very good, and is currently $14.99 per person. The pool is lovely when the sun is out, with nice big windows and pretty landscaping outside. The place does have an 80's vibe about it in parts, but still a beautiful building.

This was absolutely a terrible experience. We were here for a banquet. The staff were amazing at check-in we were told they were doing renovations. I understand renovations and what comes with that. We got to our room and I wanted to lay down for a bit to see if I could get a headache to go away. 30 minutes later the most obtrusive noise started in the room above us. I understand construction however this sounds like a vibrating jackhammer that NEVER stops. I don't like to be "that person" but I called the front desk to see if we could get another room. They informed me they were totally booked and the workers have until 5:00. My issue with this is if you are going to be booked up maybe you shouldn't book the rooms right under the consistently LOUD construction. I had to apologize to clients that called because they could barely hear me due to the background.

Yes. There is Kings Pointe Shopping Center with several restaurants and a Charlestons across the street
We didn't use them but if you call them directly they will help. It is a great place. I love Hilton.
