The room that was non smoking smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The bathroom smelled like people who don’t clean themselves very often it didn’t smell like it had been cleaned. There was dust on top of the towel holders in the bathroom. The bathtub looked dirty with corners not clean at all. Make sure to pack your shower shoes, I wouldn’t trust touching that floor with your feet. The bathtub doesn’t drain and was filling with water before I even had the overhead turned on. The toilet took two flushes just to flush some toilet paper I used to blow my nose. They don’t provide bathroom supplies like other hotels; not enough towels, towels and wash clothes were stained, no facial tissues, no lotion, no conditioner, no body wash. The ceiling is also falling apart in one room and another didn’t have a light that worked in the bathroom. The ironing board has several holes burnt in it. The lock was missing from the door. The pillows are smaller than a standard sized pillow and feels like a pillow you put in the dryer and the stuffing became matted. USB plug in the rooms are broken. The walls are stained, questionably mold due to the smell the rooms have. You get what you pay for with this hotel.

I booked this hotel due to it being close to the activities that I had set up for the family. It's quite deceiving by the pictures, the front entrance and lobby area is beautifully renovated, however the rooms are very outdated and smell of smoke. Even though they may be non-smoking, people smoke outside in the hallway which causes smoke to come in through the air vents and the rooms reek of it. Service was okay, I gave it two stars because they do not provide conditioner or lotion in the rooms it's only shampoo as the front desk lady stated they are out and don't carry it when I went back to ask at the desk. Also there was no coffee in the room so I had to also ask for that. The complimentary breakfast was very slim they had sausage patties which were covered in grease and the eggs were drenched with water. I would not recommend especially for parents with kids that prefer non-smoking. The location is in a bad part of town and I was questioning whether my car would get broken into or not. We checked out after one day, I couldn't take the smell and we woke up stuffy and smelling like we'd been in a bar all night.

Positive: Location to the airport , daily house keeping on an extended stay was nice . Free wifi Negative: No venting in the bathroom just a very dirty vent looks old not working . Lucky we took our air purifiers. Lights not working outside so to dark to feel safe at dusk. At check out found a cockroach coming from a open vent in wall which is a no for us.

Great Stay - Would stay again at Best Western I booked this hotel through Internet. I was worried about my stay. When I visit this Hotel I was Surprised. I had stayed in many hotel and motel before. But this was my perfect and most memorable stay. The Hotel was Clean and spacious. The check inn was fast and friendly staff. The lobby was great. When I arrived in my room, I was very proud on my selection. The room was Clean and Spacious. The Beds were Comfortable with Clean Bed sheet and pillows. I really recommend this Hotel to everyone. This is my choice of Hotel.
