worst insurance i’ve ever had. been trying to get my prescription for almost 5 months now. they give me the constant run - around and make everything extremely difficult. none of these problems ever happened when i had blue cross. and at the end of the day they still barely cover any costs of my medication. seriously avoid these guys if you don’t want to go insane.

My mother has been sick sense the beginning of COVID. She got sick, and never fully recovered. She has not been able to work ever sense, and Health New England is suppose to be covering her right now. She just got COVID again not too long ago, and just like that Health New England decided that her disability was not under there list of acceptable disabilities to keep her as a client and pay for her health related expenses. She can't see her doctors right now WHICH IS NESSARY FOR HER TO LIVE because Health New England does not consider her disabled even though the social security agency and the government says she is. If she dies I am holding Health New England responsible.

I am prospect member and I had the pleasure to speak with Jady she made the process of me choosing which insurance was right for me a pleasant experience by explaining what a deductible and oop max is. Very knowledgeable and helpful

No. I have to have a prescription plan if I want to pay less than 30/60/90. Because i'm disabled I get to pay 60 for Delzicol. Better than paying 150 but not much better.

I believe that they do that every 2 years. But to get glasses. I think it's 80%.
No, I am trying to find a reasonable doctor to clean my teeth once a year. I am only 50 years old.
