If you can't even deposit a paycheck without a lot of begrudging negativity and attitude at a time when the # of workers is more than twice that of actual customers in the store, then don't bother opening at all. I was told at the door they're only doing deposits.. then directed to a teller who ignored me for a few minutes before telling me she's not helping anybody. Then their card reader wasn't working but they thought they'd just have me swipe my card over and over. They had system issues but handled it horribly. Depositing a check is as simple as it gets transaction-wise and we should be able to just get in and get it done- especially if you have only 2 customers to 6 staff members. The Saturday supervisor should be fired. I didn't need a condescending, attitude-filled tutorial (that cash is different than a check- wow, really?) from some uppity person less than half my age- a person who clearly thinks way too highly of herself. It's not about that- it's about people refusing to do what they once did without issue (make a payroll check available). It was never such a big deal before. If you hate your job that much, quit. I hardly ever come to this branch in person. Hardly ever. When I vented on my way out to another unhappy customer, this young "lady" came out to me to get right in my face. Unacceptable. Your branch is falling apart but you make time for confrontation? Grow up and get over yourself. If you have a surplus of staff standing around in an empty branch and you still can't provide decent customer service then don't bother opening because your pay isn't justified.

This branch needs to have more than one teller working on Fridays these wait times are insane smh
