This place is a mess along with your manager Nelia Rivera. A catastrophe, actually. Very poorly managed. Do not recommend this location whatsoever. Won't be back.

They have no consideration of being kind to me and accused me of fraud because they didn’t want to do their job. So maybe they can return the favor of not stereotyping me and accusing me Of being a criminal. How about be nice to people who just wants to do business with this bank? Maybe they should look for another job because I didn’t deserve the way they treated me and have yet to have an apology. They have other steps to take before turning me away for fraud since I had a NYC ID and they choose to be lazy and not even do it. So no sympathy for them. they need another profession.
