My nails very rarely break, and when they do, it's usually because I really banged my finger good on something. They have recently done a bit if remodeling and looks very nice and has a very good variety of gel polish colors. I always leave happy.

You don't need an appointment, but I'd recommend making one if you're getting something more complicated done. They're busy weekends as well!
