I placed a call as a new client after my veterinarian of 13 years was unable to get my new rescue dog a wellness appt in less than 1.5 months. I followed the online instructions completing an initial questionnaire and received a call from Healing Paws within a reasonable time and was in the facility for that appt the following day. The staff was extremely welcoming to both myself and my dog. Dr. Welti was very thorough regarding her findings and what she needed me to do once we were home. She answered additional questions I had regarding homemade food and crate training. I left feeling my dog had received the highest level of care.

My cat had very sudden and terrible skin allergies and would rip his hair out. His vet put him on allergy food and we did trials which didn’t work. We wore a cone for months until I finally brought him to Healing Paws and he was out of the cone in a few weeks and has been ever since. The overall care here is great and everyone is so friendly and they all show so much love for my pet. Plus, the occasional free toy which all of my boys always appreciate.

I brought my Wheaten to Healing Paws after my veterinarian was unable to treat his allergies & I was on a lengthy waiting list for a dermatologist. They did a thorough exam, changed his food and prescribed him different medicine. Although he has flare ups occasionally with environmental changes, he is doing much better. I drive 2 hours one way for each appointment & it is totally worth it. I would defiantly recommend this Veterinarian.
