La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tulsa Central

Stay there twice a year and has been nice. This year a little different. Had reservations months in advance but unfortunately a tornado closed it down (hope no one hurt). The problem was no one contacted me about this, called the number night before as we were driving from FL. to a disconnected number. Shocked and lucky, I was able to find another La Quinta close by on a very busy weekend.

A little further southeast of the actual city than what I would have liked, but the accommodations where great! Nice rooms, friendly staff, my dog felt comfortable, neighborhood is quiet and so are your Hotel neighbors. Food is close by and the free breakfast is fresh and delicious.

Location is great. Very dirty carpets and rooms are small. Breakfast is not the best. Staid here for 3 weeks for work and same watered down eggs and over salted Sausage. Did not put new linen on beds when we have room cleaned just making bed. Not happy

Room was clean, breakfast was a bit sparse and soft bits dried up and crunchy, but WiFi ridiculously unreliable and arcanely slow even with full strength signal and after having convinced front desk staff to try restarting the router. Good as far as dog friendly places go, but it sure would be nice to fix slamming doors...drove my dog nuts, and as a result me, all night long!
