The staff was very hospitable, friendly, & nice. We were vendors at the Affair of the heart & I had a box overnighted to the hotel. The box did not come till I was gone, so the manager went & shipped it to me after hours! Couldn’t ask for better service! It’s a great location. Been staying here for 4 yrs.

Room bathroom sink was super slow draining. Got stuck on first floor in hot elevator for 20 minutes. Called on elevator phone, could hear ringing at front desk no answer. Then called hotel on cell (same thing).No one would answer. Finally pried door open. Walked out no one at front desk. Then the guy working @ desk tells me he wasn't gone that long. Told me where stairs were. Didn't even apologize. Complained next morning, manager has never called. I figured guy was outside smoking. They said he was emptying trash. This happened 7:30 pm on Fri. June 17th. I strongly do not recommend this place stay to anyone. Horrible experience & terrible staff!!!

Positive: The cleanliness, the location, the price. Negative: Walls are paper thin, we could hear people coming & going above us & below us (we stayed on the second floor, it was 3 floors). The good: microwave, refrigerator, TV, and clean bathrooms. The bad: dirty bedsheets, we found hair and stains on the sheets and pillows. We asked for new sheets, but they gave us new a new room. In the new room, there were dead bugs all over the place. Mattress and chair had blood stains and sharp objects sticking out. The room was super uneven in 3 different places. The bathroom heat lamp was broken with the element exposed 😳. The staff is super nice, and I assume that they know the condition, but they can only do with what they have available to work with. Although, it's not an excuse to be dirty. It's not worth $120 a night.
