Garbage hotel, pool is trash. Fitness room is closed "due to covid" but the front said the owner " just doesn't want to open it" seems like it's ran by lazy people. I think they should take the picture of the fitness room down & quit advertising that they have one open. 1/10. I'll never stay here again

Positive: Nothing. Negative: Hotel was awful. Random people smoking in the pking lot and loitering. Police cars by the main entrance. Bikes parked by my room and laundry hung on balcony. Hotel and room was filthy and furniture ripped. Bathroom light didnt work. Two roaches in room.

Then men at the service desk are great! This place has a lot of people living on the streets w no security or security cameras! We had an overnight bag stolen w all our articles in it! Then we found out that our room has BED BUGS!! As hot as it is in there even w the air on u would think that the bugs would be dead. Unfortunately this was my favorite hotel because of it being attached to the Elephant Run but its no linger a place I'll stay at.

Yup, my non-smoking room, stinks of cigarettes. No hot water, only cool and cold running water. Bathtub water drips constantly from the faucet, so had to close the bathroom door. Prior damages to the room includes holes, scratches, markings on door and carpet. Aesthetics doesn't deter me, but I like my hot showers and clean air. Gotta make it through the second night. I'd say not bad bad value though, bc pricing is cheaper, and if you don't mind the smell of cigarettes, having no hot water, and don't care much about the aesthetics.
