The store hours say it closes at 7pm - I arrive and see a notice on the door that they are closing at 6pm today for a staff meeting. This is the worst service ever because a customer would have no way of knowing until they are already there (and too late) with zero option for back up plan. For any other business - you would run your staff meeting without interruption to normal service.

The staff doesn't sort and distribute the mail daily. The UPS/USPS Tracking will show your package was delivered, which it was. But the staff will lie to your face and tell you they don't have it. The CANT that manages the place is very unprofessional and doesn't like being put on the spot with a Postal Inspector.

As a Strategic Communications Major, I highly value superb customer service. Which is rare as I had 1 great customer experience out of 4 today. That 1 experience came from Ruby, who assisted and guided me through online printing that took about 15 minutes (ugh). I value the patience, empathy, kindness, and in/outbound communication she showed through out my purchase. Considering I had no idea what I was doing and mailing services being overwhelmed with services at this time which can be stressful.
