Staff seems like they hate their job and have no pep in their step. Had super long wait, with most UberEATS order the order is ready upon arrival, but not this location.

I'm sorry to say, compared to many other DQ locations that I've visited all over the country, the two locations in the Tri Cities suffer. Poor customer service, food also not up to par. I've visited now on 3 occasions to see if it was just a bad day, and nope. Sorry and I love DQ.

Ordered a simple cake, with "Happy Engagement" written on top. Came in to pick up the cake at the agreed upon time and it wasn't ready. So we stood around for 10 minutes or so while they hurriedly finished the writing and was handed a misspelled cake. When we pointed out that engagement was misspelled the cashier responded only by tilting her head and saying "is it?" Then taking the cake somewhere in back presumably to fix it. What we where handed was an obviously manhandled cake where there old letters and been scraped away, leaving divots and smeared frosting, replaced with the properly spelled lettering. Zero customer service skills and not so much as an apology, acknowledgment of the mistake or even a "have a great day".

I go for their smoothies. The food does the job its supposed to but the smoothies are an inexpensive tasty treat and I look forward to getting a group of friends together again to have some more.
