I can't speak for every Dr herr but would like to mention how incredibly thorough Dr Mruk is. He is caring and actually listens to your concerns other than just brushing them off. He is very knowledgeable as well and has a great sense of humor!

Two stars because there are a couple competent people here. Receptionists/office are okay, but they’re always forgetting to ask for two identifiers (name&DOB) before giving me my information over the phone. As a former healthcare worker I cringe every time. They’re not good about sending prescription refills to my pharmacy. I have to call them every time to tell them when I’m out of refills. Maybe someone unplugged the fax machine…? As a disabled person with chronic illnesses, I’ve found most of the providers unhelpful and have left routine appointments in tears before. However, they’re not too bad compared to other healthcare options in the region. If you have no health problems and just need an office to sign off on your annual physical, or if all your conditions are well-managed with a full team of specialists elsewhere, using NQFP will probably be smooth sailing.

If I could leave 0 stars I would have. They never answer the phone and called me a addict for asking for 1 pill before a major surgery because of my anxiety. He said “ one pill won’t get you off”. Absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional!
