The receptionist is always extreamly helpful and polite, anytime I have to bring my kids the nurses are lovely, most of the time I have a....decent experience. I am extreamly unimpressed by a provider that sent my children's father away for THE SAME INFECTION they treated our son for a week prior. She told him his eyes looked fine (poor dude looked like someone poured bleach in his eyes they were so red and they were legitimately crusted shut when he woke up ) and because he was there a few days prior for his own stomach issue (unrelated) he needed to go to the ER . SO we spent 4 and a half hours in the ER to get the same exact meds for him as our son 🙂 Thanks for that.

Front desk was so polite and sweet to my daughter. But the doctor that saw may daughter Christopher something literally just brushed off everything I said. We were there cause I thought she might have strep, the dr didn’t even look at her throat. I had to ask him about the white spot on her tonsil as he was telling me to give her some pineapple and nasal spray. And after he looked and saw it he didn’t even check out the rest of her throat. He just kept giving me remedies for her nasal drip.

We are lucky to have a walk-in to go to especially on the weekends when the primary Doctors is closed. There are bad reviews on this site but I think people expect to just walk in without waiting at all.

Edit1: so since posting this my family and I did end up testing positive for covid. Once again, we were not called about these positive results and had to find out from the online portal. Also since my original post they’ve been over an hour late turning their phones on and have opened over and hour late due to providers not showing up and then force us to wait outside. My family and I have had many Covid tests done since the pandemic began. Some at other locations and some, unfortunately, here. Thankfully, we have never tested positive. Thankfully every really important test we’ve had done (for scheduled surgeries and other severe medical issues) has been at other facilities including in Gardner and greenfield because we have never been called back by this office, not once, for them to share with us our Covid test results. Not once. Every time I have had to call this place back myself, sometimes multiple times over several days, days after the results were supposed to have been phoned to us already. Every time this has happened they deflect blame, make excuses, or even have “lost” our results. How can a medical facility of any kind be run so poorly?? I would also really appreciate it if they answered their phones during their stated business hours. (And I’m not talking about when they understand oh have a high call volume and limited receptionist staffing, I’m talking about the times I’ve called 30+ mins before their stated closing times or up to 15-30mins after their stated opening times and I get their automated “call back during our business hours of…” only for them to confirm in that message that I’m calling during their regular business hours.
