I arrived to drop off a donation 15 minutes before closing and I was shooed out of the donation center telling me that they were closed and I need to come back tomorrow… However it was still within business hours. Very unprofessional.

I see no point in having a color tag 50% off sale if all the items with that color tag gets removed from the sales floor. A store that gets mostly all their stuff from free donations wouldn’t even loose money with the sales so why do that shady stuff.

Now that the mask mandate is lifted and the pandemic is over, there is no good reason to keep the dressing rooms closed. I only bought 1 out of 5 of the items I wanted to because I couldn't be sure they would fit. Otherwise, the selection was good, the employees were efficient, and the long line moved quickly. The spaces in the ample parking lot were WAY to close together

I know they take couches and bed frames not mattress and if you call Goodwill they can answer you question about pick up thank you 😊

I believe all you have to do is call Goodwill to set up a mutual pick up time. I don't believe everything stays here in the Tri-Cities. It is sorted and distributed as needed within the system.
